Are you ready to break through your limits with the purpose? We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - Monetization to join our high performing team in Asia’s leading online property group.
As the Senior Marketing Manager - Monetization, you’ll take a regional lead to grow our Property Developer business across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam. To succeed, you must be passionate about best-in-class sales and marketing operations. You will also have to be an ‘out of the box’ thinker with a can-do attitude and one who demands professional excellence. You’ll be counted on to work across executive management and cross-functional teams including Country Managers, Heads of Sales, marketers, pricing, product, fulfilment, sales operations and more.

You’re strategic, innovative and highly collaborative, and you care about doing what’s best for our consumers, customers, for PropertyGuru as a Property Trust Platform, and your peers.
You’ll have relevant experience with and a passion for developing monetization programs, demand generation, product launches, sales enablement and sales briefings. You’ll be able to help set our sales & marketing strategy, as well as roll up your sleeves to execute on it.
- Identify and map new business opportunities based on revenue potential of current product lines (Advertising solutions, listings, event sponsorships, SaaS, Asia Property Awards)
- Plan and develop monetization programs around PropertyGuru’s products to drive new revenue from customers, including the necessary business cases for executive sponsorship.
- Create project plans for monetization programs, driving sales adoption, scheduling documentation, cost estimates and timelines.
- Track, measure and communicate program results, and seek to generate new best practices through observations and constructive feedback.
- Develop territory mapping and account-based prospecting strategies round Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive awareness and revenue among target segments.
- Design and create compelling content resources that help decision-makers better understand PropertyGuru’s offerings and benefits. This may include data insights, research, reports and guides, and sales decks.
- Partner with Country Managers, Heads of Sales, pricing, regional marketing teams and sales operations to execute programs, including product launches, market sizing, and digital strategies.
- Build and maintain regional relationships with regional partners.
- Be a regional steward of the PropertyGuru brand across Asia.
- More than 5-7 years’ of working experience, including expertise in B2B marketing and sales or marketing operations.
- At least Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Business Admin, Marketing, or related fields.
- Superb organisation and project management skills, and the capacity to manage multiple complex programs and stakeholders at once.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex sales data, market trends, using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Excel.
- Remarkable written and verbal communication skills, including being able to craft powerful stories, and to convey complex topics with simplicity.
- Strong executive presence, proven ability to influence professionals and senior leaders.
- Experience in Sales or Marketing Operations and Real Estate is a plus but not essential
