We're currently seeking a Manager/Senior Executive, Consumer Acquisition & Growth, who will drive growth, awareness and affinity for DDproperty in Thailand. This position requires a consumer-centric mindset to deliver category and product marketing strategies that grow traffic for our website. This role will work closely with Marketing, Product and Local Market teams to implement and optimise initiatives, campaigns and programmes that drive awareness, consumer acquisition, and growth across a broad range of owned and operated channels. In this role you will be expected to flex both analytical skills and creative muscles and should be as comfortable with the marketing science as you are with the marketing art. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are a must as data are leveraged daily to inform and measure business impact.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, endlessly curious, detailed-oriented and highly-organised, capable of dealing with ambiguity and scoping new areas, and comfortable working with teams, vendors, and other key stakeholders. You take a consumer-centric approach, and you're passionate about doing what's right for the consumers and the brand. You are an excellent communicator, project manager, and strategic thinker. You count building cross-functional relationships and driving results among your core competencies. Most importantly, you are eager to roll up your sleeves to find opportunities and efficiencies in a fast-moving company at the forefront of property search and property technology. Also, you most probably live and breathe property.
Develop, drive, and execute multi-channel consumer acquisition and growth initiatives and programmes
Develop and implement the full lifecycle of marketing activity including creative development, targeting segmentation, campaign creation, and performance analysis
Drive traffic growth from multiple sources, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, mobile, and on-site placements
Proactively develop consumer communications using an authentic brand voice, to cultivate new consumers, amplify our online advocates and improve our overall sentiment
Deploy a clearly defined consumer acquisition strategy in a manner that supports business growth, enhances equity, drives awareness, and builds a loyal consumer base.
Optimise feedback loops and progress reports, providing local teams with recommendations that are insightful, actionable, and data-driven
Know the market and be obsessively aware of new products, brands, trends, and opportunities.
Work with counterparts from other areas of the business to continually improve the quality of visitors coming to the website
Qualifications, Experience, Competencies & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
>4 years of experience in a related role (e.g. online/digital/social media/inbound marketing, product, brand, partnership, and/or product marketing experience)
Proven track record of managing and optimising online traffic growth from multiple sources, including direct, SEO, sponsored links, banner ads, affiliates, mobile, and email
Experience managing large-scale campaigns and other marketing programmes
Experience measuring impact of marketing campaigns, running A/B tests, and making data-driven decisions
Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use consumer research, hard data, and marketing and business metrics to back up intuition, assess the efficacy of marketing programmes and drive innovation.
Strong sense of brand and editorial voice\; the ability to harmonise message across multiple channels and marketing vehicles
Stellar problem-solving and issue-resolution skills with the ability to work effectively in deadline-driven work environment where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the norm
Experience with analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel Pivot Tables)
Experience working with content management systems
Ability to work with minimal oversight in cross-functional teams
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
Ability to communicate and present metrics effectively to support strategic recommendations
Experience working with e-commerce, technology or online brands/clients is a plus
Experience in Real Estate is highly-desired\; minimally, interest in Real Estate is a must-have
