You will be the owner of creating a great conversion experience that’s seamless and frictionless for the millions of users that transact on our platform in SE Asia. You’ll execute on features that range from increasing organic traffic to activating the incoming traffic so that they convert better. Together, you’ll get deep into the weeds with data to understand where the current opportunities exist, allowing you to test your creative ideas to fruition.
You will work with a dedicated team of engineers, designers, and analysts to improve the experience for PropertyGuru’s mobile app and website and will be responsible for identifying key initiatives, prioritizing them on a roadmap, and delivering meaningful results.

Drive activation lift via successful A/B tests by executing on features from start to finish
Craft product strategy and vision for a superior experience for incoming traffic
Create a rolling quarterly product roadmap
Socialize the product roadmap with executives and other stakeholders
Increase the overall activation rate
Triage and fix bugs in a timely manner
Create functional specifications and manage the build of the product
We’re excited about you if you have:
2-5 years of industry-relevant experience with a proven track record
BS Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field
You’re a self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction and maximal scrappiness
A track record of having effectively managed product roadmaps, writing clear and specific product requirement documents, collaborating with user-experience on product design and having worked in a cross-cultural, geographically distributed team
Deep analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, along with a stellar record of applying these to inform effective and successful business decisions driving a customer-centered product strategy
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with statistics and how to use basic statistical concepts to measure the performance of an A/B test
Ability to think quickly and creatively about problems and develop efficient solutions
Obsession with understanding and meeting the needs of the customer
Strong communication and influencing skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple rapidly-moving projects
