Both Rumah.com and RumahDijual.com are leading brands in the Indonesian Online Property Marketplace space. The Company is now looking to hire an important Finance Manager position. Leading critical support for overall finance management with PG /Rumah.com Indonesia's business.
Prepare and ensure timely completion of month end closing and reporting to the Group.
Review and analyze monthly financial performance results and understand the gap to budget/forecast
Perform statutory reporting of the accounts
Manage tax compliance, including Corporate Income Tax, Withholding taxes, VAT, Tax Returns and others
Coordinate all corporate secretarial matters
Liaise with stakeholders, external auditors, tax consultants, company secretary/lawyers, and other regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance of financial policies, procedures and processes is carried out
Assist in the preparation of board paper and related documents
Manage cash flow and working capital
Actively involved in business operations and support the strategic business direction and operational decision making process.
Handle other daily accounting activities and any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time
Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
A CA / CPA / CPD member
10 years’ relevant experience, preferably with audit experience from the Big 4 audit firm
Experience with full set accounting, managing both P&L, Balance Sheet.
Good knowledge of local GAAP & IFRS
Cashflow/Treasury and Regional Inter-company accounting knowledge is an added advantage
Working knowledge of tax regulations including Corporate Income Tax, VAT and Withholding Tax regulations
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words and Powerpoint
Must have team/people management experience with strong leadership skills
Proactive, meticulous, independent and resourceful
Independent, motivated and able to operate effectively under stress
Effective communication, problem solving and analytical skills
Able to work in a team and under pressure
Strong command of English for cross country/regional stakeholders communication
