About the Role:
This role would report directly to the Head of Marketing and is based in Kuala Lumpur. The Senior Content Marketing Manager is a key position within our Marketing team where you will be at the helm of creating content that educates and engages our market across the region. We are looking for a strategist who can determine the vision, roadmap, and structure of content strategy to increase our brand presence and authority in the relevant space, and help our team create intuitive and helpful experiences for those using our product.

Responsibilities:
Create and manage a multi-channel, regional content strategy, and content marketing plan to increase web traffic, customer/audience engagements, or lead generation.
Manage the overall editorial calendar for TOFU and BOFU content to power growth as we continue to scale.
Manage and build a team of writers to develop customer-valued content that is both SEO friendly and engaging.
Experiment with new ways to engage with our target audience with content at different stages of the funnel across various platforms and formats such as thought leadership, reports or whitepapers, infographics, case studies, video, and email to drive traffic and convert.
Define and implement relevant actions to increase the user database and/or enrich value to our customers at each touchpoint of the user journey. Use insights to analyze and grow and achieve engagement metrics.
Develop ad-hoc sales and marketing collateral and content assets to support the business as needed, ensuring brand standards and voice are upheld.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Master's degree in English, Communications, or related field and a portfolio of work illustrating your experience.
5+ years of relevant content strategy and content marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise software business environment, and familiar with the goals of demand gen and product marketing.
Proven excellent writing and editing skills.
Experienced with a proven track record in devising content strategy and integrated content marketing initiatives.
Preferably to have a solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics including the use of measurement tools to gather insights, track progress, and translate information into action.
Have demonstrated experience and/or passion for creating compelling stories from data-driven insights.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work at speed without compromising quality.
Adept at using language that is compelling, concise, and friendly to simplify complex interactions, and possess meticulous attention to detail.
