The Senior Talent Acquisition partner will be responsible for the engagement, assessment and hiring of talent in PropertyGuru Asia Pacific. The incumbent is an employee and brand ambassador who will ensure an optimal experience for the Company and future Gurus. This role will focus on regional recruitment positions.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process .
Review and amend job descriptions and job specifications as required .
Screen and assess candidates, by working with the hiring manager and team to evaluate the suitability of the applicant, including the assessment of work experience, job skills, role and company fit.
Undertak e background and references checks to further assess successful candidate suitability .
Own and drive the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing, pipeline management, screening, assessment and interviewing, salary proposal and offer, through to onboarding; ensure seamless and best-in-class candidate experience journey .
Create and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and HR counterparts; partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partner to assess talent requirements and advise on approach, market nuances, and challenges where necessary .
Lead market r esearch & mapping programs to b uild a talent pipeline and share insights with the hiring team.
Be the subject matter expert and be viewed as the go-to person on matters related to recruiting process, Application tracking system, candidate markets, etc .
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports .
Participate in campus outreach and employer branding campaigns .
8 to 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field. Alternatively, lesser qualifications with strong experience in Talent Acquisition/ Human Resources will also be considered.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Ability to be a brand and employee ambassador.
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards for recruiting/ branding purposes.
Creative in exploring new channels of recruitment.
Ability to negotiate externally with vendors on recruitment terms and agreements.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work within a dynamic environment.
