One of the core roles will be that of the
Mortgage Sales Advisor, who will be responsible for building a mortgage loans portfolio through various channels, including acquiring clients through one’s personal network. The successful candidate will provide independent professional advice and find solutions for clients in their journey towards home ownership. This person will be working with the latest design thinking and technology to source, analyse and provide comprehensive home financing solutions for our clients.
To acquire mortgage loans for new home purchases or refinancing.
To service inbound loan enquiries.
To provide expert advice and solutions and match client needs to the market offerings.
The successful candidate will provide independent and holistic solutions to meet client home ownership needs.
To continue to build relationship with the client base acquired by providing excellent service to build customer loyalty and seek referrals to grow the business.
Working closely with the Team Lead, FinTech, to execute strategies and tactical campaigns, and all other such activities related to Fintech and Mortgage.
A strong service mindset, sales-driven and a self-starter.
A proven sales track record in mortgage loans sales/brokerage-related role is an advantage.
Proven track record in a sales and service-related industry is preferred.
Effective influencing and communication skills.
Outgoing, friendly and confident personality, able to think quickly on your feet and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
