Participate in content planning, sourcing and creation from internal and external sources, and syndicate relevant content across social media platforms for maximized impact.
Execute the Content Plan of WeChat Mini Program, WeChat Official Account
Create and manage the projects information in WeChat Mini Program and Anjuke portal
Be the champion of Chinese localization
Interact with developer clients for latest projects information
Set campaign metrics with clients and ensure they are met and exceed each month.
Build relationships with KOLs and bloggers to work with on long-term paid and unpaid content
Take on outsourcing responsibilities and all the related administrative and contractual tasks relating to content
Identify emerging trends in the China social media space and opportunities to harness those trends to support PropertyGuru journal social presence.
Be the guardian and bar raiser for any advertising related content creation in China.
Make sure the campaign/content fulfills the China advertisement requirements and ensuring the proper application of content and quality publishing guidelines in the various projects
Assist in any other support-related assignments being given
The ideal person will be an entrepreneurial critical thinker with strong project execution skills.
Strong strategic planning, messaging, marketing skills, prior work experience in China social media a plus.
Background of real estate and Chinese social media landscape, best practices, and platforms including platform features, management, metrics, impact evaluation, content requirements, and trends is an advantage.
Prior experience in developing different programs/social media elements, and in-depth understanding of how they work together in getting the optimal social media structure in place.
Familiar with content (photo/video/graphics/copy) planning, acquisition and creation process for social media platforms and has a high standard for the quality of messages delivered.
24/7 social media “listener”, curious with what’s happening and the ability to identify opportunity and take prompt actions when needed.
Creative mindset, and sensitive to customer needs and behaviors.
Excellent communications skills. Fluent in English (work proficiency) and native in Chinese to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders
